Well, it looks like the Left’s plans for protesting like it was 1968 for Obamacare turned out to be a resounding failure. After their being punked in North Carolina , ACORN and MoveOn protesters were given an encore performance in both New York and Orlando. As reported by NYGOE.com from the Gathering of Eagles : (Hat-tip: Michelle Malkin ) Patriots from the Conservative Society for Action, Gathering of Eagles, Active and the 912 Group rallied in front of the offices of Senator Charles Schumer to counter the staged pro-nationalized healthcare rally planned by MoveOn.org and ACORN.

It would appear that some House Democrats have begun worrying about how health care “reform” is going to affect them in next year’s election. So, they have thrown a spanner into the works of Obamacare:The drive to remake the nation’s health care system suffered yet another setback in Congress on Thursday when a pivotal group of House Democrats demanded numerous changes in legislation the leadership was drafting.These Democrats are ostensibly concerned about reining in costs, protecting small business, and preserving rural health care providers.

Apparently not content to load the economy down with just one stimulus bill (and, by the way, guess where most of that money’s going ), some Democrats are arguing that we need another one . This is on top of the cap-and trade abomination and the proposed Longevity Abatement Act (known informally as ObamaCare).
