OK, how about this… “Dearest friends and fellow countrymen,” I hope you’ll take five minutes to read what’s in my heart and on my mind these days. This morning I received an email from a member of my local “Glenn Beck 9-12 Meet Up group”, a gathering of several hundred Brevard County residents of all ages, which is quite politically active here on Florida’s Space Coast.

democRATs want us dead! We have known for a long time that the democRAT party is the party of death. These elitists who think of themselves as Gods have been working for years to kill more and more humans. The issues change but their message always the same: Kill More Humans: There is a danger of overpopulation: Kill more human babies by aborting them. There is a danger of global warming: It is the humans’ fault. Kill them. Save the planet, kill yourselves you idiots.

In other words, Congress is saying that nationalized healthcare is good for you and me but not good enough for them: Congressmen will be exempt from Obamacare and get to keep their present coverage : Under the current draft of the Democrat healthcare legislation, members of Congress are curiously exempt from the government-run health care option, keeping their existing health plans and services on Capitol Hill. OK, my headline is admittedly too simplistic. In fact, the whole medical malpractice milieu is sorely in need of a fix. We have unnecessarily large awards to aggrieved patients, crushing insurance costs to doctors to cover malpractice, a situation where defensive medicine drives up costs, and an entire industry of lawyers whose job it is, apparently, to rape the system and cause it to be burdensome for all of us. On top of that, we have a national party in the Democrats assisting these very destructive lawyers to do just that.
