Another really well-done commercial coming from the Republicans. But really, criticizing ObamaCare is shooting fish in a barrel. Of course, this commercial takes on only the tip of the iceberg with respect to the reasons to oppose the health care bill. But it’s a start.

Global TV news, as you may recall from my post yesterday, is concerned that opponents of the “Obamacare” plans to adopt socialized medicine in the United States are ” not telling Americans “ all that they need to know in their ads. Anchor Kevin Newman warned about a “health care scare” that could threaten to change ” the focus [of the debate] from their system to ours “. In California the economic crisis worsens, apparently families can no longer even afford burial costs. Look out women and minorities, now you must compete with the dead for the hardest hit by the crappy economy. The LA Times reports: The poor economy is taking a toll even on the dead, with an increasing number of bodies in Los Angeles County going unclaimed by families who cannot afford to bury or cremate their loved ones.

Chronic renal failure is one of the hereditary gifts on that side of the family, but my brothers and I figured we would at least reach our 40’s before having to worry about dialysis and donor lists. Then a few weeks ago, a doctor told me that I may have a problem with my kidneys. I’m 24 years old. It’s why I haven’t posted in a while.

Here’s an idea… Why don’t some prog/libs follow the same methodology as PJM’s Steven Crowder in order to put the American system to the test by way of a “fair” comparison with our system of “socialized medicine” (a stupidly misleading term if if there was one). Step 1: Travel to a small town or the “disadvantaged” part of a big city. Step 2: Find a local clinic. Ideally, look for the most obscure facility available, perhaps one located in a shabby strip mall.

Rasmussen shows a 14 point shift in support for Obamacare in only the last month, from a +5% in June to a -9% in late July. But what is even more telling is the partisan breakdown: There is a huge partisan divide on the health care plan. Sixty-eight percent (68%) of Democrats favor it. However, the plan is opposed by 80% of Republicans and 60% of those not affiliated with either major party. Obama has lost 60% of the independents and 1/3rd of Democrats. If these were votes he would lose in an historic landslide.

I have frequently thought on many issues that the Democratic Party provides the “wrong answers to the right questions.” How can we provide better assistance to the poor? How can we make sure workers are treated fairly? How can we help women with unwanted pregnancies? How can we give everyone access to needed health care… As the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops have told us, everyone deserves medical care, and it is a noble end goal.

But now it seems the Obama White House is practicing the same things liberals criticized President Bush and Vice President Cheney for. So on the July 22 edition of “Fox and Friends,” anchor Brian Kilmeade brought to viewer’s attention the Obama administration’s hypocrisy on their usage of the “Presidential Communication Privilege.” Kilmeade recalled the “outrage” that erupted during the two terms of President Bush when energy executives met in secret with Vice President Dick Cheney and the public questioned their influence on the President’s energy plan.

You’ll note that President Obama has all but dropped “health insurance for the 45 million without coverage” from his health overhaul stump speech. Why? Because recent polling shows Americans don’t care nearly as much about the “universal” availability of health coverage when they have to pay extra to provide it, and, as the Congressional Budget Office noted, the health overhaul plans currently making their way through Congress will provide coverage for just over a third of the uninsured at most .

It tends to make a lot of good people despondent and at the least susceptible, when they read, watch and listen to the maverick storm of media ads, thumping down President Obama’s health care initiative? Much of the rambling artifacts are the Simon and Lois ads of the Clinton administration, heavily armed against any revisions in this issue that wealthy insurance companies and subsidiaries won’t tolerate.
They insulted the senior citizens with their propaganda and bald faced lies about the European government run health care system. Being originally an Englishman myself, I guarantee in the 1960’s, we had a unique form of medical services, inclusive of eye and teeth. It did plummet down somewhat, when business starting recruiting foreign labor from the commonwealth and Northern Europe. Many were out for a free financial ride and got it, along with their large families that British citizens have to support with their limited pounds sterling.
Just as the anti-governmental health care extremists have been pounding the airwaves, the open border, globalist is now subjecting the American people to a torrent of inflaming immigration polls. But like all polls they can be intentional manipulated, in exactly how the questions are worded? Sure they can keep their co-pays, deductibles and pre-existing small-print clauses, squeezing every penny from a hurting economy, but tell the–BLOODY TRUTH!
It’s a sad fact that you cannot trust the Liberal slant regarding this searing problem, although not all Liberals are favorable to another AMNESTY? The Democratic leadership, hiding liberal views behind closed drapes tried to annihilate any good, workable illegal immigration enforcement laws. In an earlier session of the Senate an error was made with E-Verify, so it’s was fortunate to survive Sen. Reid and Pelosi’s notion? Anything that has an impact on removing illegal immigrants is intercepted by business oriented free traders.
