Family Security Matters : America was very proud of itself last November when it elected its first black (or at least half-black) president, Barack Obama. Liberal media outlets (excuse the redundancy) framed this event as one of our greatest national cathartic exercises of democracy. They worked directly with Obama and his media manipulators to elevate his presidency to Messianic proportions while they displayed an endless parade of people entranced in ecstasy over this supposedly magnanimous accomplishment.

If you have any interest in your future healthcare and welfare, please write your elected officials NOW to explain why you don’t want or need this!  The government has already taken over the car industry, financial industry and now the healthcare industry.  Remember after Katrina the lovely job FEMA did?  The IRS clear enough for you?  Both of these are run by the government.  Do we really want our family’s lives on the line with government running our medical lives too?  FEMA and the IRS look like a well mapped out plan compared to what they’re trying to do to healthcare!

History is not, in the words of one critic, “just one damn thing after another.” Sadly, most Americans might agree with that statement, but by studying the past we can learn much about ourselves and gain hope for an uncertain future. With Democrats fully in control of the federal government and ideologically as far to the left as at anytime in history, recent polling indicates that an increasing number of Americans have become apprehensive about the direction the Obama White House and the Pelosi-led Congress are taking the country.

Finally, some action! Last Thursday, July 23, Congressman Darrell Issa, Ranking Member of the Committee for Oversight and Government Reform, held a press conference and issued this press release along with a scathing 88 page report on our most favorite charity, NOT, titled “Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a Criminal Enterprise? The title alone should be sending chills down the spines of Wade, Maude and the fang less Board of Directors.

I am writing today to give you a chance to review some of the items in the Obama Administration Health Care Bill. There are many reasons this bill should not pass and why there is bipartisan effort holding it back from passing right now. Please see items below and the links I’ve included for more info. While health care reform, cutting costs of premiums, limiting tort claims(tort reform) against doctors should be fixed, the majority of people (85%) are happy with the current insurance plans provided through their employers.
