White House Calls Out Fox And Glenn Beck On Olympics In a new post on the official White House blog, Online Programs Director Jesse Lee calls out Fox News for perpetuating lies about President Obama’s push to bring the Olympics to the city of Chicago. Lee writes that Fox News, and in particular Glenn Beck, continues to ignore the facts “in an attempt to smear the Administration’s efforts to win the Olympics for the United States.” The White House blog post continues to delineate what it deems misleading rhetoric on Obama’s Olympics efforts.

Here’s what baffles me.  When someone in a position of authority tells a lie, and that lie is PROVEN as a lie, and even the most dimwitted person can check for him or herself and SEE that it is a lie, and the liar has a history of lying time and time and time again and has been CAUGHT in those lies time and time and time again… Why in the hell does that person still merit an ounce of credibility? Think about the Rev.

The White House continues its obsession with Fox News with a post on the front page of Whitehouse.gov. My question is, is it really appropriate for the gateway to and the homepage of the President of the United States to attack Glenn Beck and Fox News? I guess Beck got under their skin when he exposed the Green Czar who had the unique characteristic of being a communist and a truther, all in one. Talk about a distracted White House, that almost seems too “smart” by half for its own good.
