On ABC News this morning at George Stephanopoulos’s This Week roundtable, fellow Fox News contributor and conservative radio talk show host Laura Ingraham took Charlie Gibson to task for his ignorance of the ACORN scandal (which, you’ll remember, a condescending Gibson said he thinks the MSM should “leave to the cables.”) Brava.

They should have noticed that the man didn’t come out of Middle America, but out of the crooked streets of Chicago-machine politics. They should have noticed his associates were not exactly normal Americans. They should have noticed it wasn’t guilt by association, but guilt by associating. They should have noticed that remaining in Jeremiah Wright’s racist, divisive, anti-American church for 20 years was simply not reasonable.

The Hill: Afghan candidate says ‘dramatic’ surge needed, backs McChrystal UHOH!  It’s General McChrystal again.  I suppose his visit to the United Nations was a strain on El Czarboe. Afghanistan’s opposition candidate backed Gen. Stanley McChrystal’s recommendations for more troops Sunday, saying “the future of the country is at risk” without a “dramatic increase” in troop levels.
