Florida Rep. Alan Grayson is at it again. He recently called Linda Robertson, an aide to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, a “K Street whore.” That was just plain disrespectful to this woman and he owes her an apology. His latest gem came during a radio interview a month ago, which seems really weird that it is just now making the rounds on Capitol Hill. What’s equally reprehensible is that Grayson’s spokesman, Todd Jurkowsk, said the congressman’s comments came in response to an attack from Robertson over the his support of a GOP-backed bill to audit the Federal Reserve.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) announces that the public option is now in the Senate version of the health care reform bill.  With one caveat that it will include an opt-out option for states .
